Roof Replacement Project
The old roof of the Northport at the start of the PVC roof project.
Drain basin and catchment.
The installation of the new, flat PVC roof proceeds around the exhaust blowers which penetrate the roof.
Flashing and supplies for the project are distributed on the roof near the end of the project.
Exhasut blowers require special treatment to waterproof the annex roof.
The roof has some elevated portions.
PVC membranes were used in the transition area between the flat roof and the low slope metal roof.
