  • Communications equipment and through the roof exhaust vents and services are seen on the roof prior to the project. The old roof was a tar and gravel in parts, metal roofing elsewhere.
  • Part of the old roof consisted of standing seam steel roofing.
  • HVAC equipment is also installed on the roof.
